About
Teaching rooted in lineage, lived with lightness.
A life dedicated to practice, wisdom, teaching, and service.
Swami Kaushika began studying yoga at the age of seven, when he completed Upanayanam and entered formal study in the Vedic tradition. His interest in yoga naturally deepened into a lifelong study of Sanskrit, philosophy, practice, and the science behind inner transformation.
Since becoming a full-time volunteer with the Art of Living in 1995, he has taught meditation, breathing practices, Vedic wisdom, and immersive yoga programs to diverse audiences across continents.
He is known for combining rigor with warmth, making ancient knowledge practical, accessible, and alive for modern seekers, teachers, and communities.
